Multi-component view widget

_images/multi-view.png

This widget, placed in the central area, displays in a grid the same slice from adjacent volumes of a time series multi-component reference volume. Other volume(s) can overlay the reference (popup menu Display as overlay of one or more thumbnail volumes). It does not display ROI, mesh, trajectory/target tools or streamlines (Mesh, Target/Trajectory, Tracking).

The lower part of this widget is occupied by a chart (volume index in the time series on x-axis, signal of the displayed slice on y-axis). A yellow frame covers the indices of adjacent volumes displayed in the grid. Two default curves are generated at the beginnning: mean signal of the displayed slice (in blue) and signal of a single voxel at the cursor position (in orange).
