Main window

The main window has several components, among them:

1. Menubar

2. Toolbar: horizontal bar containing various actions and tools for controlling the application.

3. Thumbnail bar: horizontal bar of thumbnails.

4. Thumbnail: loaded image.

5. Dock - vertical area with a stack of tabbed widgets:

   • ROI,

   • ROI Tools,

   • Mesh,

   • Target/Trajectory,

   • Tracking,

   • Documentation.

6. Tab view - central area with a stack of tabbed widgets:

   • Slice view,

   • Orthogonal view,

   • Synchronized view,

   • Projection view,

   • Multi-component view,

   • Database manager,

   • Screenshots manager,

   • IPython console.

7. Status bar - horizontal bar displaying information and status messages.
